General conditions

We will charge you the total of (the first night for booking under 7 nights, 2 nights in bookings longer than 7 nights) in the credit card.

Check-in:

We need to know the approximately time of arrival to meet you at the apartments and give you the keys. Please as soon as you know it and always 24 h before your arrival day please send us an email or call us telling us this time.

On arrivals later than 22:00 has an additional cost of €20. If you have booked several apartments and all arrive at the same moment this additional cost will be pay only once. We remember you that only cash will be accepted for this extra cost.

Check-out:

Check-out time is 11 am. If you need to let your luggage after this time please asks for an option on the check-in time.

Keys hand over and payment

When you will arrive to Barcelona you must phone at the phone number: 933173463 to advice us that you have already arrived at Barcelona and then we will inform you what you should do for the keys hand over. Upon your arrival the contact person we will waiting for you and the keys will be given to you and he/she will show you the apartment. You will have to pay in cash or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) the rest of the total amount of the reservation and the refundable deposit (150€) only in cash because at the checkout time we will return you this money also in cash.

Deposit

The deposit, which is 150 € serves to face the damages that could be made in the apartment and are the guest’s responsibility. It will be refund in his totality if the apartment is in the same conditions. If you rent an apartment for a month the refundable deposit is €500.

Stay and key's devolution

During the whole stay, and in front any doubt or incident, you can contact with our staff. The check-out day at the arranged time, our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment and after checking the apartment will refund you the deposit. You will give them back the keys.

Key’s loss has a charge of 25€.

Cancellations

If you advice us in advance before 30 days of the arrival day we are going to return you all money less the 10% for management expenses.

If you advice us in advance before between 29 and 15 days of the arrival day you will return you the 50% of the total played.

If you advice us in advance before between 14 and 8 days of the arrival day you will return you the 25% of the total played.

We are not going to return anything if you advice us only with 7 or less days in advance of the arrival day. And very important if you don’t ´advice us that you are not coming we will charge you the total of the stay.

Rules

Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in good conditions.

If the apartment has a sofa bed, please make good use of it. If it is used for sleeping please make sure it is fully covered with the bed sheets.

In case of a stain it will be charged with 50€.

The front door of the building has to be closed every time you leave the apartment.

The rubbish has to be taken away every day.

Always remind to take the keys with you. If you need to ring the intercom, please make sure it is the right floor in order not disturbing the neighbours.

Please listen the music and the TV at a reasonable volume in order don’t disturb the neighbours. ?Always remind to switch off the electrical devices and the air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Number of guests

It is not allowed to exceed the arranged number of persons without prior permission. In case of agreement the price is subject to change. The number of persons using the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment.

Liability

Guests and their accompanies declare explicitly to use the apartment at their own risk and relieve PEIRO HOTELS SL (Apartments Unio´s Company) of all deduced claims of compensation.

The guests are liable for all damages and impairments on the rented apartment or goods, as far as they exceed signs of wear and tear on normal usage.

There is no liability for valuables brought by the guests.

Any of the infringements on the above mentioned terms allows the right to PEIRO HOTELS SL to require the immediate departure of the client from the apartment. The client shall have no right to claim compensation whatsoever.

Booking an apartment with PEIRO HOTELS SL implies absolute and unconditional acceptance of our terms & conditions.
